oh the rain!! it was SO DARK on my way out to their house…I was praying the entire way that the clouds would part (and it took me awhile to get there…) the rain stayed. our best option for light was their bedroom. we hung out there for hours…pretty sure they were tired of me telling them to get closer to the window. closer!! but it worked out and I’m so happy that we got some sweet shots of this seriously GORGEOUS baby girl…and look at her hair!! takes after her pretty mama. loved how happy and alert she was before I left. I’m thrilled for this family – always a joy to be around them.
and just so you know…halfway back to my house I got a flat tire…and was stuck on I-30 with a lovely view of six flags. yes, in the rain. I’m so thankful for the protective police officer and tow truck man that changed the tire and sent me on my way safely. what a looooong rainy day…totally worth it!!
